How a curiosity about why some local businesses win online became a career.
From Local Campaigns to AI-Led Growth
I didn't start in a glass-walled agency. I started with small Chennai businesses that needed customers, not presentations. Every campaign had a real owner watching every rupee, and that shaped how I work to this day.
Over five years I have planned and run campaigns for real estate developers, salons, cafés, showrooms and personal brands. Along the way I saw the same pattern again and again: businesses were paying for activity, not outcomes. Posts went out, ads ran, reports arrived, and nobody could say how many customers it all produced.
So I built my practice around a different promise. As a freelance digital marketer in Chennai, I keep the team small (me), the goals measurable and the reporting honest. When AI tools matured, I adopted them early, not to replace thinking but to free up more time for it.
